White House Retreat

White House Retreat

SHF Men’s Winter Retreat
Have you paused … to think, to pray, … to regain direction, … to relax? The parish sponsors two men’s retreats annually. The winter retreat is at the King’s House Retreat Center
in Belleville, IL, on Friday to Sunday, January 18 to 20, 2019.

Do you have need for a relaxing weekend of peace, quiet, good food, and spiritual nourishment? Take some
time with your loving God on this retreat. The inexpensive retreat begins on Friday evening, and concludes after lunch on Sunday. Most retreatants miss no work to attend the entire session from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. The facilities, food and talks have always been excellent.
Call Carl Gudiswitz, 849-1013, or Greg Hempen, 353-7638, for information or reservations and driving arrangements. We car pool to get there.

Come join the men of our parish and other parish groups for a weekend of peace. White House is a silent preached retreat with abundant free time to rest, reflect, and listen for the Lord speaking to you. The White House grounds sit high on the banks of the Mississippi River on Christopher Road in South County. Contact Mike Panneri (849-5557) or Dan Eggleston (842-4049), visit the SHF Website, or the White House web site at whretreat.org for more information.
